Literature Night with the Graduate Creative Writers’ Association is an evening of readings by undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Maryland. The event also includes zine vendors and creative writing workshops, offering opportunities to hear new work, browse independently produced publications, and participate in writing activities.

The program is part of NextNOW Fest, The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center’s annual multi-day arts festival featuring performances and other experiences by artists from across the country and the University of Maryland campus. The festival is open to the general public and is presented as part of UMD’s Arts for All initiative, with additional support from Terps After Dark and UMD’s Student Entertainment Events. NextNOW Fest is supported in part by the Maryland State Arts Council.
