Early Show! Magnólia Zenekar: Hungarian Folk Music + Dance

Magnólia Zenekar presents an early-evening program of traditional Hungarian folk music and dance at Bossa Bistro & Lounge. The ensemble continues the táncház, or “dance house,” tradition that emerged during Hungary’s folk revival in the 1970s, inviting both Hungarian and non-Hungarian audiences to experience lively music and participatory social dances rooted in villages across the Hungarian-speaking regions of Europe.

Magnólia Zenekar is a traditional Hungarian string band featuring violin, viola, and bass.
