Mindy Gledhill: The Phone Booth Sessions Tour

Mindy Gledhill brings The Phone Booth Sessions Tour to Jammin Java, with Debra Fotheringham. The concert is part of the Jammin Java/Union Stage Presents 25th anniversary series, celebrating 25 years of the venues and their live music programming.

An indie pop singer-songwriter, Gledhill has released several independent albums with award-winning producers. Her 2010 breakthrough album, *Anchor*, features the ukulele-driven “I Do Adore,” along with “Anchor” and “Hourglass.” *Pocketful of Poetry* highlights a whimsical, vintage-inspired side of her songwriting, with fan favorites including “Oh No!,” “Trouble No More,” and “Little Red Bike.” Her introspective album *Rabbit Hole* explores religious deconstruction through songs such as “Boo Hoo!,” “Bluebird,” and “Wandering Souls.” Across *The Phone Booth Sessions, Vol. 1* and *Vol. 2*, she reflects on conversations with her inner child through themes of vulnerability, admiration, honesty, and reconciliation. Her influences include The Cardigans, Björk, and The Sundays, and her music has been compared with artists including Beabadoobee, BENEE, Regina Spektor, Faye Webster, Laufey, Ingrid Michaelson, and Clairo.
