Trolleyween Weekend

Trolleyween Weekend brings Halloween fun to the National Capital Trolley Museum with a daytime celebration designed for young children and families. Guests can explore historic streetcars, enjoy seasonal decorations and treats, participate in hands-on activities, and take unlimited trolley rides through the fall scenery. Costumes are encouraged, and children who wear them receive a special treat.

Activities include collecting candy from museum volunteers in Streetcar Hall, painting a Halloween ornament for $2 per child, completing a spooky scavenger hunt for prizes, and visiting the museum’s historic trolleys. The event offers a festive alternative to traditional trick-or-treating without scary attractions.
