Fundraiser for Migrant Solidarity Mutual Aid (MSMA) – Southside Shai / Acid Red Dress / Melting Virgo
Join three DMV-area artists for an evening of music and community in support of Migrant Solidarity Mutual Aid (MSMA), a DC organization working with immigrant communities. The night is designed to bring people together to sing, dance, and raise funds so that immigrant neighbors can thrive, with all proceeds going directly to MSMA. The lineup spans several styles, from place-based anti-caste songwriting to electric folk with blues touches to communal brass-driven singalongs.
The fundraiser takes place on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Rhizome DC. Doors open at 6:30 PM, with music beginning at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $20 or pay-what-you-can, and every contribution supports MSMA's work.
