7th Annual Art Walk

Ch/Art’s 7th Annual Art Walk brings together 86 local artists at 35 homes and studios throughout Chevy Chase, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Visitors can meet artists, learn the stories behind their work, browse a broad range of artistic styles and media, and purchase one-of-a-kind pieces.

The self-guided event is designed for strolling, biking, or driving with the Art Walk map. Along the route, visitors can also collect stamps in an Art Walk Passport for a chance to win a prize. Participating work includes painting, sculpture, ceramics, pottery, jewelry, photography, fiber art, mixed media, glass, printmaking, fashion, and more.

When: Saturday, October 17, 2026, and Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Showtimes: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on both days.

Tickets: Free and open to the public.

Activities: Visitors can meet the artists, hear about their creative work, explore the studios, shop for artwork, follow the route using the Art Walk map, and collect passport stamps for a chance to win a prize.

Weather: The event takes place rain or shine.

Map and brochure: An Art Walk brochure with artist profiles, studio locations, and a detailed map is scheduled to be available at local Chevy Chase businesses beginning in mid-September.

Note: The event does not have one central exhibition venue; visitors travel between participating homes and studios across the Art Walk route.
