Can I Get a Yes And" Improv Jam

“Can I Get a Yes And” Improv Jam is an interactive improv comedy night for performers and comedy fans alike. Improvisers can take the stage, meet other players, and work through a variety of short-form and mid-form games, while audiences can enjoy an informal night of live comedy.

Individual performers are matched with other attendees, and the jam also includes a team portion for pre-existing groups of two to five players. The event is hosted by MC Slimm Slappy, also known as Giovanni Diviacchi, a longtime member of Washington, DC’s improv scene.

Showtime: 7:30 p.m.

Tickets: $7.50, including service charges

Performers: Improvisers of all experience levels are welcome to participate. Players must purchase an “Improviser (I want to play!)” ticket.

Format: Individual players participate in short-form and mid-form games with other attendees. Pre-existing teams of two to five performers may also take part in the team portion.

Team registration: Teams should contact the organizers in advance, no later than five days before the show.
