BlackLight Intensive: Beyond the Wilds

BlackLight Intensive: Beyond the Wilds is a one-day creative intensive at The Clarice that invites artists to move beyond familiar methods and explore the unknown. Through movement workshops, embodied dialogue and encounters between different artistic practices, participants will investigate new possibilities for imagination, collaboration and artistic creation.

The intensive frames the “wild” as a place of discovery rather than something to overcome. It offers a shared environment for courageous experimentation, collective creation and fellowship among artists willing to leave established paths behind.

Format: A one-day intensive featuring movement workshops, embodied dialogue and interdisciplinary artistic exchange.

Accessibility: The Clarice provides wheelchair-accessible and size-inclusive seating, large-print programs, assisted-listening devices, adult- and child-friendly sensory packs, and quiet spaces upon request. ASL interpretation, audio description and captioning are available for select events or by patron request at least six weeks in advance.
