Jason Dove Mark — The Earth Said Remember Me: How to Revive Our Memories and Restore the Planet - with Mike Tidwell — at The Wharf
Jason Dove Mark, longtime editor-in-chief of *Sierra* magazine, will appear at Politics and Prose at The Wharf to discuss his new book *The Earth Said Remember Me: How to Revive Our Memories and Restore the Planet*. The book tackles the phenomenon of “shifting baseline syndrome”—our tendency to normalize environmental degradation—and offers four simple practices to resist it: go outside, bear witness, make a record, and pass it on. Mark will be joined in conversation by journalist and climate activist Mike Tidwell, founder of the Chesapeake Climate Action Network and author of *The Lost Trees of Willow Avenue*.
