Goodwin House Chamber Series

The Goodwin House Chamber Series presents an afternoon of chamber music featuring piano, viola, soprano, and violin. The program includes works by Johannes Brahms, Rebecca Clarke, and Amy Beach, performed by Luke Ratcliffe, Bonnie Cohen, Immanuela Gruenberg, Katherine Schram, and Reed Trevelyan.

Brahms’s six piano pieces from Op. 118 will be performed by pianist Luke Ratcliffe. Bonnie Cohen, viola, and Immanuela Gruenberg, piano, will perform Clarke’s *Passacaglia on an Old English Tune* alongside Beach’s *Romance*, Op. 23. The program also features Clarke’s settings of three old English songs, three country Irish songs, and “Down by the Salley Gardens,” performed by soprano Katherine Schram and violinist Reed Trevelyan.
