George Mason Jazz Faculty
George Mason’s distinguished jazz faculty presents an evening built around classic jazz standards, original works, and faculty arrangements. The program also features Jazz Combo I, a leading student ensemble from George Mason University, bringing the energy and creativity of emerging jazz musicians to the stage.
The faculty lineup includes pianists Wade Beach and Geoffrey Dean; trumpeter Graham Breedlove; trombonist Aaron Eckert; saxophonists John Kocur and Xavier Perez; drummer Kevin McDonald; steel pan player Victor Provost; vocalist Darden Purcell; guitarist Shawn Purcell; and bassist Ben Thomas.

Seating: Seating is first come, first served at the door.
Doors: For the Tuesday performances, doors open at 6:00 PM for the 7:00 PM show and at 8:45 PM for the 9:30 PM show.
Food and beverage minimum: Each person must purchase at least $15 in food or beverages; this minimum is not included in the ticket price.
Ticket policy: All sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Venue policy: Photography and recording are prohibited during the performance. Guests are asked to keep conversation to a minimum while the music is being performed.
