Full Moon Fever

Full Moon Fever is a Virginia-based tribute to Tom Petty and his musical legacy, led by vocalist Prabir Mehta. Drawing on roughly 15 years of performing across the East Coast, the band recreates songs from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Petty’s solo work, and the Traveling Wilburys, covering material from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.

Known for Mehta’s Petty-like vocals, strong stage presence, and close attention to the original music, Full Moon Fever delivers a high-energy concert designed to get audiences singing and dancing. The group has performed throughout the Mid-Atlantic, including at venues in Tyson’s Corner, Charlottesville, and Richmond, and has regularly sold out its shows.
