Constellations Labor Day Weekend Chamber Music Workshop

Constellations Chamber Concerts presents a four-day chamber music workshop for adult amateur musicians over Labor Day Weekend 2026 in Potomac, Maryland. The inaugural workshop welcomes individual players and preformed ensembles featuring strings, winds, and piano, with an intensive focus on chamber works by Joseph Haydn and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Participants will receive daily coaching from the award-winning Telegraph Quartet, currently in residence at the University of Michigan. The program also includes interactive discussion panels and concludes with an informal performance on the final day.

When: Friday, September 4 through Monday, September 7, 2026

Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day

Venue: Potomac Presbyterian Church and the Constellations Music Salon, Potomac, Maryland

Program: Chamber music by Joseph Haydn and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Participants: Adult amateur musicians who play strings, winds, or piano. Individual musicians and preformed groups may apply.

Coaching: Daily instruction by the Telegraph Quartet, an award-winning quartet currently in residence at the University of Michigan

Activities: Chamber music coaching, interactive discussion panels, and an informal participant performance on the final day
