Sleep: North America 2026
Sleep: North America 2026 brings Sleep to Lincoln Theatre with support from Zombi, the Pittsburgh instrumental duo known for combining progressive rock, electronic music, horror-score atmosphere, and heavy, bass-driven performance. Zombi’s live sound is built around bass guitar, drums, and analog synthesizers, all played simultaneously by Steve Moore and A.E. Paterra.
Formed in 2001, Zombi grew out of Moore and Paterra’s shared interest in Italian soundtrack composers, progressive rock, Krautrock, synth music, and the films of Pittsburgh filmmaker George A. Romero. The duo has released albums including *Cosmos*, *Surface To Air*, *Spirit Animal*, *Escape Velocity*, and *Shape Shift*, and has toured or worked with artists such as Goblin, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Isis, Trans Am, Maserati, Don Caballero, and Mogwai. Their broader work includes film scoring, solo projects, remixes, and releases through their VCO Recordings imprint.
