Special Event: Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra
Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra headline the 21st annual ARTS by George! at George Mason University’s Center for the Arts. The concert features Goldblum at the piano with his longtime orchestra, performing jazz standards and American Songbook favorites with their distinctive blend of charm, swing, and audience interaction.
ARTS by George! supports student scholarships and arts initiatives at George Mason University, including the College of Visual and Performing Arts, Mason Community Arts Academy, Green Machine Ensembles, and the Great Performances at Mason season. The event also includes an optional benefit experience with student and faculty performances, interactive exhibits, dinner, and a post-concert reception.

Showtimes: The concert begins at 8:30 p.m. A Full Experience Benefit Ticket begins at 5 p.m. and includes the evening’s pre-concert activities.

Tickets: The 5 p.m. Full Experience Benefit Ticket costs $450 for individuals, including $275 in benefits, or $350 for George Mason alumni, including $275 in benefits. It includes student and faculty performances and interactive exhibits, dinner with an open bar, garage parking, premium orchestra seating for the 8:30 p.m. concert, and a post-performance reception onstage with the artist. Sponsors receive additional tickets and benefits. Concert-only tickets for the 8:30 p.m. performance cost $145, $105, or $75, with fees included. A limited number of free tickets will be available to Mason students beginning two Tuesdays before the event.
Lineup: Jeff Goldblum performs with the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra. The accompanying ensemble includes upright bass, guitar, saxophone, organ, drums, and lead vocals.
About the performers: Goldblum has worked in film, television, and theater for six decades, with credits including *Jurassic Park*, *Independence Day*, *The Grand Budapest Hotel*, Marvel’s *Thor: Ragnarok*, and *Wicked*. He founded the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra more than 30 years ago. Their albums have featured guest artists such as Gregory Porter, Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus, Fiona Apple, Scarlett Johansson, Ariana Grande, and Cynthia Erivo.
