Alfredo Mojica Group

Alfredo Mojica Group brings a lively Latin dance night to Bossa Bistro & Lounge, led by percussionist and vocalist Alfredo Mojica. A prominent figure in Washington’s salsa scene, Mojica performs salsa standards with a passionate vocal style while moving between timbales, congas, and bongos.

The group features a rotating roster of accomplished musicians and invites guests to dance to salsa, bachata, merengue, and other Latin styles. Mojica’s performance history includes work with artists and ensembles such as Celia Cruz, Eddie Palmieri, Willie Colón, Dizzy Gillespie, Buddy Rich, El Gran Combo, and Ray Barretto.
