Wild & Free
This exhibition, titled "Wild & Free," celebrates Independence Day with a spirited collection of works that embrace unbridled creativity and defiance of convention. Artists working in clay, glass, paint, and print have produced pieces that emphasize asymmetry, aggressive movement, and spontaneous gesture—where rules are intentionally ruffled and rims are left uncontained. The show includes stoneware and porcelain pieces featuring stalking tigers, wild horses, and birds in flight, as well as oil paintings on canvas and copper that prioritize instinct and bold brushwork over established composition. Notable among the works is a Chinese brush-painted stoneware horse platter by Tracie Griffith Tso of Reston, Virginia.
When: July 1 through July 31, 2026.
