Storytelling with DaVinci Resolve
Storytelling with DaVinci Resolve is a five-session, hands-on film course from Docs In Progress. Students will create a cinematic promotional video about the historic Lincoln Highway, following a route from New York to San Francisco through landscapes, historic towns, and cities. The course uses footage from a real documentary, along with music, drone footage, and voiceovers.
Participants will learn to choose and arrange material that best conveys the journey while gaining practical experience with DaVinci Resolve’s editing, color-grading, and delivery tools. Classes take place on Docs In Progress workstations, and students can continue using the free DaVinci Resolve application at home after the course.
