Shakespeare Theatre Company's Academy Summer Repertory presents a lean, intense production of *Macbeth* directed by Alec Wild. As the culmination of the MFA program's Class of 2026, this staging of Shakespeare's tragedy on ambition, guilt, and the supernatural features innovative puppet work by Ksenya Litvak, bringing the witches, ghosts, and prophetic children into sharp focus. The production runs approximately two hours and 25 minutes with one intermission and is performed in repertory alongside *Twelfth Night*.

When: July 16–25, 2026. Performances are on Thursday July 16 at 7:30pm (Preview), Saturday July 18 at 7:30pm (Opening Night), Sunday July 19 at 2:00pm, Wednesday July 22 at 7:30pm, Friday July 24 at 7:30pm (Young Prose Night), and Saturday July 25 at 7:30pm.
