Creativity Sound Bath
In a two-hour session on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, the Creativity Sound Bath invites participants to explore the intersection of sound vibration and creative mark-making at Chevy Chase Village Hall, hosted by CH/Art. Facilitated by Jasmine Berry of In Flow Sounds and CH/Art artist Suzanne Wright, the experience begins with a fully immersive sound bath — singing bowls, gongs, and chimes fill the room with layered vibrations while participants are encouraged to sketch their response using provided colored pencils. The session deepens with meditative mark-making set to live sound bath intervals, nurturing a brain-body connection through multi-sensory immersion and mindful breathing, all harmonizing with CH/Art’s Summer Magic exhibition. No art or meditation experience is required, and space is limited.
