SPOONFED (EP RELEASE SHOW)
Spoonfed, a Washington, D.C. rock trio, celebrates the release of their debut EP with a headline show at Songbyrd Music House on Friday, September 25, 2026. The band—Will Sevy on vocals and guitar, Kevin Cox on bass, and Kieran O’Dell on vocals and drums—formed in 2021 in a Charlottesville basement and has since become a fixture on the DMV indie scene. Their sound blends 1990s grunge, early-2000s alt-rock, and modern funk, marked by dark and uplifting melodies, dynamic rhythms, moody lyrics, and guitar solos. The Montaines and Aidan Leclaire open the night, with The Montaines described as delivering sticky guitar riffs and emotionally charged, pop-forward songs that evoke The 1975 and LCD Soundsystem.
