Coven

Coven is a Halloween dance party at Black Cat centered on dancing, witchy themes, and costumed revelry. The night includes pole-dancing performances and demonstrations, DJ sets, tarot readings, a witch-themed photo booth, spooky vendors, and a Black Cat runway for guests to show off their costumes. Costumes are encouraged, and the event is for guests 18 and older.

Showtimes: Doors open at 9:00 p.m.

Tickets: $15 in advance or $20 on the day of the event

Lineup: DJ Dianamatic and Setinator provide the haunted dance-party soundtrack. Pole-dancing performances and demonstrations are presented by @itsyooj, and tarot readings are available from @skye.marinda.tarot.

Accessibility and transportation: Black Cat is three blocks from the U Street/Cardozo Metro Station. Guests are encouraged to take Metro.

Safety: Anyone participating in the pole-dancing demonstrations does so at their own risk and must follow all safety rules. Participants are responsible for bodily harm, accidents, and any damage to the pole.
