ICONS AND FLOW: Exhibition PRIDE Celebration is an evening rooftop gathering at The LINE DC celebrating the exhibition by Transformer and the hotel. The exhibition brings together two photographic series by Baltimore-based artist Rachel A. Sale: *Icons*, created with John Coplen, and *Flow*, created by Sale. Together, the works examine identity, perception, beauty, gender, resilience, and the body as a place of awareness and lived experience.

*Icons* reworks culturally familiar images by reversing gender expectations, questioning how ideas of beauty and desire are assigned and understood. *Flow* portrays women practicing yoga as a form of grounding, healing, agency, and endurance; the series grew from calendars shared during the Women’s March in Washington, D.C. Sale is a visual storyteller whose work spans commercial production and humanitarian documentary, while Coplen is a Washington, D.C.-based former architect and real estate agent whose perspective is shaped by the relationship between built environments, identity, and life outside conventional norms.
