AJ Lee & Blue Summit

AJ Lee & Blue Summit bring an energetic, technically impressive take on contemporary roots music and bluegrass to Pearl Street. The Santa Cruz–formed band members first met as teenagers at local bluegrass festivals and have spent nearly a decade developing the youthful, spontaneous spirit of those early jam sessions into a confident and dynamic live sound. The bill also includes The Cody Sisters.

AJ Lee & Blue Summit’s acclaimed third studio album, *City of Glass*, was released by Signature Sounds in 2024. In 2025, the band followed it with *Cover to Cover V.1*, a collection exploring the group’s broad musical influences through songs associated with Gillian Welch, New Riders of the Purple Sage, early jazz, country, The Monkees, and *Shrek*, with guest appearances from Lindsay Lou, Trey Hensley, Ahn Phung, Kyle Tuttle, Molly Tuttle, and former member Scott Gates.
