AJ Lee & Blue Summit

AJ Lee & Blue Summit bring their lively, technically accomplished bluegrass to Pearl Street, joined by The Cody Sisters. Formed by musicians who met as teenagers at California bluegrass festivals, the band has spent nearly a decade touring and has become known for combining youthful festival energy with relaxed, confident musicianship.

The group features AJ Lee on mandolin, Jan Purat on fiddle, Sullivan Tuttle on guitar, and Sean Newman on bass. Their third studio album, *City of Glass*, was released by Signature Sounds in 2024. In 2025, they released *Cover to Cover V.1*, a collection highlighting their broad musical influences, with guest appearances from Lindsay Lou, Trey Hensley, Ahn Phung, Kyle Tuttle, Molly Tuttle, and former member Scott Gates. The recordings range from Gillian Welch and New Riders of the Purple Sage covers to early jazz, country, and The Monkees’ “I’m a Believer.”
