Gallery Talk: The Sacred Art of Ayesha Kamal explores how contemporary artist Ayesha Kamal reinterprets centuries of Islamic artistic tradition through luminous, large-scale calligraphic paintings. Kamal’s richly layered works draw on Qur’anic verses and the Beautiful Names of Allah, transforming sacred text into immersive visual experiences that reflect faith, beauty, cultural heritage, and shared humanity.

The discussion features Kamal and Umar John, joined by special guests Dr. Sajid Tarar, chairman of Muslims of America, and Dr. Jasdip Singh Jesse, chairman of Sikhs of America.
