Pile O' Rocks

Pile O’ Rocks brings high-energy rock ’n’ roll to Hank Dietle’s Tavern, drawing on the sound of Rockpile, Nick Lowe, Dave Edmunds, UK pub rock, rockabilly, power pop, and American roots rock. The Washington, DC-area quartet combines sharp guitar work, driving rhythms, strong vocal harmonies, and an upbeat, dance-floor-ready approach.

The band features Louie Newmyer, Ronnie Smith, Bruce Moyer, and David Egelhofer. The set is geared toward listeners who enjoy classic Rockpile-inspired songwriting as well as energetic, straightforward rock and roll.
