Thee Sacred Souls
Thee Sacred Souls bring their polished, old-school retro soul to the Filene Center for their first Wolf Trap appearance. The Southern California trio will perform music from its 2024 sophomore album, *Got A Story to Tell*, as well as selections from its breakout 2022 self-titled debut. Their sound blends emotionally resonant Chicano melodies with classic R&B, including songs such as “Can I Call You Rose?” and the Grammy-winning “Will I See You Again?”
LA LOM opens the evening with original 1960s-inspired ballads and cumbia, while The Womack Sisters continue their family’s celebrated soul legacy connected to Sam Cooke, Cecil and Linda Womack, and Bobby Womack.
