Semilla Cultural presents *Sofía’s Forest Adventure*, a lively, interactive performance for families at Wolf Trap’s Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods. The story follows Sofía as she journeys deep below the lush canopies of El Yunque National Forest to discover the vibrant rhythms of Bomba, one of Puerto Rico’s oldest musical traditions. Audiences are invited to follow along with Semilla Cultural’s dancers as Sofía learns about island nature, animals, and Puerto Rican traditions through call-and-response songs and the driving rhythms of maracas and cuás. The performance melds storytelling, dance, and live music into an engaging experience for young children and their families.
