Screamin' Rebel Angels
Screamin’ Rebel Angels bring a fierce, modern take on rock ’n’ roll, rockabilly, and rhythm ’n’ blues to Hank Dietle’s Tavern. Led by Brooklyn vocalist, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Laura Palmer, the band is known for high-energy performances built around powerful vocals, hard-driving drums, stratospheric guitar, and an untamed rock ’n’ roll spirit.
Palmer may perform behind an upright bass or play a Gretsch guitar while delivering songs about dangerous women, broken hearts, courage, and conviction. The group has toured across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia, including three headlining tours of the United Kingdom and Europe. Their credentials include the 2020 Ameripolitan Award for Rockabilly Female of the Year, a spot on AOV’s Top 100 Bands list, a number-one Track of the Week on Classic Rock Magazine, and appearances in Guitar World, Big Beat Magazine, and UK Rock ’n’ Roll Magazine.
