Shedding Season Gong Sound Bath

Shedding Season Gong Sound Bath is a restorative sound experience presented by The Journey Space during Scorpio season. The session uses the resonant vibrations of four gongs and additional healing instruments to encourage participants to release what no longer serves them and make space for a new cycle.

The event draws on the traditional use of gongs as tools for dispelling negative energy and setting sacred intentions. Blankets, mats, and bolsters are provided, and attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably.
