Pan American Symphony Presents Todo Tango is a large-scale symphonic tango event that brings together a full orchestra, virtuoso bandoneón players, and internationally acclaimed tango dancers for a single evening at Strathmore. The production explores the dramatic and emotional range of Argentine tango, moving from traditional classics to the modern masterworks of Astor Piazzolla. The performance is designed to evoke the historic cafés and grand ballrooms of Buenos Aires while also offering a contemporary, cinematic take on the art form, with theatrical choreography and intense physical energy from the dancers.

The evening is led by Argentine conductor and arranger Sergio Alessandro Buŝlje, who also arranged all of the music for the concert. He leads the Pan American Symphony Orchestra, which is described as the only tango symphony orchestra in the United States. The ensemble’s 2021 recording, *Tango of the Americas*, received a Latin Grammy Award nomination, and the group is known for presenting large stage shows that celebrate Argentine tango at a high artistic level.
