Michael McDermott

Michael McDermott brings more than three decades of acclaimed songwriting to Jammin Java. The Chicago singer-songwriter will perform material connected to *Flowers From The Graveyard*, an 11-song album on Pauper Sky Records that the page describes as moving between anthemic rock, introspection, political anger, and hard-earned philosophical calm.

Influenced by artists including Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, Tom Waits, the Who, Woody Guthrie, and Van Morrison, McDermott has built a career that resists easy genre classification. His work has received praise from Stephen King, *The Washington Post*, and *The Hollywood Reporter*. The page says *Flowers From The Graveyard* is scheduled to arrive on August 21, 2027.
