The production team issued a full apology to ticket holders and has arranged automatic refunds. Despite the cancellation, the show was planned as a high-energy, family-friendly concert featuring the UK’s first virtual K-Pop band alongside a live dance crew. The set list was to include the biggest hits and fan-favorite tracks from the Netflix film *K-Pop Demon Hunters*, as well as songs originally performed by BLACKPINK, ROSÉ, BTS, TWICE, K/DA, KATSEYE, SAJA BOYS, and HUNTR/X. The interactive performance would have allowed audiences to help crown their favorite character among the digital avatars on stage.
