Sunrise, Sunset

“Sunrise, Sunset” is a photography exhibition by Jo Levine featuring carefully observed sunrises and sunsets from locations across the United States and around the world. The exhibition celebrates these familiar natural spectacles as sources of awe while presenting the landscapes as the camera recorded them.

Levine explains that the photographs have not been artificially saturated or otherwise substantially recolored. Although some images were lightened or darkened, the colors remain faithful to the original camera captures rather than being dramatically enhanced in Photoshop. The exhibition is presented in the Garden Gallery and curated by Iza Thomas and Robert Cwiok.
