Beaujolais and Beyond Celebration 2026
Celebrate the 2026 Beaujolais wine harvest at the Embassy of France’s official Washington, DC celebration. This adult-only fundraiser combines French cuisine, Beaujolais Nouveau, wines from several French regions, live music, tastings, entertainment, raffle prizes, and a festive atmosphere inspired by an evening in France.
The culinary program features Embassy Executive Chef Daniel Labonne and Chef Hughes Cossard of FoodExpression. VIP guests will also receive a main course prepared by chefs from Cuisine Solutions, while Fresh Baguette provides dessert. Guests can enjoy an open bar, French champagne and other sparkling wines, French photo backdrops, and a 1990 Citroën 2CV “Charleston” on display.
When: Saturday, November 21, 2026.
Showtimes: Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the celebration runs from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Grand Cru ticket holders enter at 8:00 p.m. Millésime Premium guests enter at 7:00 p.m. and receive special food, wine, and live piano entertainment during the first hour.
Tickets: Prices start at $103.22. The event offers five ticket categories: Grand Cru, Millésime Premium Entry, Château Table VIP Singles, Château Table VIP Couples, and Château Table VIP for four. Ticket quantities are limited, and the organizers note that the event sold out the previous year. Tickets are nonrefundable.
Ticket options: Grand Cru admission includes the evening’s food, wine, music, and entertainment without reserved seating. Millésime Premium includes early entry, hors d’oeuvres, special wines, an open-bar setting, and limited seating. VIP Single tickets provide a place at a reserved table in a roped-off prime area shared with up to three other guests, along with champagne, wine, and personal service. VIP Couples tickets reserve a table for two with unlimited champagne, wine, and personal service. VIP tables for four accommodate up to four guests in the reserved area with the same beverage and service benefits.
Food and drink: The menu includes French cuisine, hors d’oeuvres, dessert, Beaujolais Nouveau, champagne for VIP tables, French sparkling wines, and red, white, and rosé wines from regions including Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Loire Valley, Alsace, the Rhône, and Provence. An open bar is available throughout the evening.
Entertainment: The program includes live music all night, live piano music during the first hour for Millésime Premium guests, wine tastings, French-themed photo settings, and the opportunity to see an authentic 1990 Citroën 2CV “Charleston.”
Raffle and auction: Raffle prizes include round-trip tickets to Paris provided by Delta Air Lines and Air France, tickets to the next La Galette des Rois signature event, a basket of French specialties, and fine French wine and champagne. A silent auction will also offer French gift baskets and a special package.
Ages: This is an adult-only event. Guests must be at least 21 years old.

Dress code: Cocktail attire is requested, and French accents are welcome.
Check-in: Guests must bring a valid photo ID and an Eventbrite ticket, either printed or displayed on a phone. The name on the ticket must match the name on the identification. Guest names can be added or updated through Eventbrite before arrival.
Security: Attendees should allow additional time for Embassy security screening. Large bags, umbrellas, backpacks, and bike helmets are not permitted on the grounds, and security staff may confiscate items they consider inappropriate.
Parking: There is no on-site parking. Metered spaces on Reservoir Road cost $2.30 per hour, with a four-hour maximum through 10:00 p.m. Garage parking is available at Georgetown MedStar Health via Entrance 2 at 2800 Reservoir Road NW, for approximately $25 for up to three hours.
