Ian Rosenberg presents *Terrible Stuff Damaging Everybody*, his account of Dominion Voting Systems’ landmark defamation case against Fox News. In conversation with legal journalist Eriq Gardner, Rosenberg will examine how false claims that Dominion’s voting machines rigged the 2020 presidential election led to a two-year legal battle that exposed Fox Corporation’s internal power structure, communications, and decision-making.
The discussion will trace the case’s dramatic $787.5 million settlement, reached just before trial, and consider why Fox broadcast claims it knew were false.
