"iMusical" by Washington Improv

Washington Improv Theater’s “iMusical” is a fully improvised comedic musical created live from an audience suggestion. The performers and musicians invent the story, stage action, lyrics, and music in the moment, making each performance a one-time event that will not be repeated. The show is presented by the Drama Committee of the Arts Club of Washington and is open to the public.

The production has brought spontaneous musical comedy to Washington-area audiences for nearly 20 years. Its cast has received standing ovations at comedy festivals in Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York, as well as at venues throughout the Washington, D.C., region. The Washington Post has praised the group as “spot on.” An open wine bar is included with admission.
