Networking Without the Awkward Workshop is designed for people who find professional networking uncomfortable, whether because they are introverted, unsure how to begin, or uneasy approaching strangers. The session offers practical ways to make professional conversations feel more natural and helps participants build confidence in starting and sustaining meaningful connections.

The workshop covers breaking the ice, asking stronger questions, reading the room, keeping conversations going, and deciding when and how to follow up. It also addresses the differences between in-person and online networking, including strategies for forming genuine virtual connections. Participants will leave with practical approaches for moving beyond uncertainty and beginning conversations with greater ease.
