In Resonant Futures: Sound as a Portal -- A Soundbath Journey
In *In Resonant Futures: Sound as a Portal — A Soundbath Journey*, artist and sound healing practitioner Estephanie Rose leads participants through an immersive experience combining live sound meditation, breathwork and restorative stillness. Layers of vibration and resonance are designed to help participants release tension, settle the nervous system and enter a deeply relaxed state, creating space for reflection, imagination and positive change.
The session also includes Bhramari Pranayama, a yogic breathing meditation involving gentle humming to cultivate inner awareness and support the body’s parasympathetic “rest and digest” response. Sound, breath and stillness become a shared opportunity to pause, listen, restore and reconnect.

Artist: Estephanie Rose is a first-generation Peruvian-American sound healing practitioner, yoga teacher and artist, and the founder of Sound & Movement. Her work examines the relationship between sound, movement, ritual and rest, drawing on ancestral memory and the music, movement and stories carried through her family. She works with more than 15 instruments, including Alchemy Crystal singing bowls, flute, ocean drum, gong, chakapa and huaco silbador. Her sound journeys move between grounding, earth-inspired textures and expansive, celestial resonance, using vibration and stillness as pathways toward grief processing, celebration, connection and collective healing.
