Governor Andy Beshear — Go and Do Likewise: How We Heal a Broken Country - with Governor Wes Moore
Governor Andy Beshear appears at Betts for a conversation with Governor Wes Moore about Beshear’s memoir, *Go and Do Likewise: How We Heal a Broken Country*. The evening explores how faith can be reclaimed as a source of compassion, kindness, justice, forgiveness, welcome, and moral clarity rather than division or harm.
Beshear will discuss his own religious background and the role faith has played in his family and public life. The book argues that shared values—including the Golden Rule—can help restore civic connection and begin healing a divided country, while challenging the misuse and corruption of faith by political figures.
