Comedian CP

Comedian CP brings his inventive, original stand-up to DC Improv’s main showroom for a weekend run. A writer, producer, actor, and performer, CP has worked across television and comedy, including Hulu’s “How to Die Alone,” “Diarra From Detroit,” “Detroiters,” “Love Life,” “Empire,” and HBO’s “All Def Comedy.”

His special “Sunday After Six” premiered on VEEPS in May 2025. CP previously headlined DC Improv’s lounge in 2022, and this engagement marks his third appearance as a main-showroom headliner.

When: September 18–20

Showtimes: Friday at 7:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.; Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.; Sunday at 7:00 p.m.

Tickets: $29.50 for general admission or $50.50 for VIP seating. Prices include service charges.

Seating: VIP tickets include preferred seating closer to the stage.

Performer: CP’s credits include writing and producing for “How to Die Alone,” a recurring role on “Detroiters,” staffing on the second season of “Diarra From Detroit,” and a starring role in the second season of “Love Life.” He also created and starred in the TBS pilot “The D,” co-created and starred in Adult Swim’s “Ole Bud’s ANU Football Weekly,” appeared on “All Def Comedy,” and recurred on “Empire.” Before moving into entertainment, he worked as an advertising executive in Detroit.
