¡Latin Night with Tumbao!
¡Latin Night with Tumbao! brings a weekly celebration of Latin music to Bossa Bistro & Lounge. Tumbao is a pan-American ensemble led by Cuban keyboardist Jorge Martinez, with a repertoire of energetic rhythms from Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Colombia, and beyond. The band occasionally adds a Brazilian song as a tribute to the venue.
The group features musicians from across the Americas, including vocalist Verny Varela, Salvadoran bassist Manuel Hernandez, Ecuadorian conguero Gustavo Estrella, and U.S. timbalero Ralph Esquenazy. Their performance is designed to keep the room moving with a lively mix of Latin rhythms.
