Tiana Major9 – November Scorpio Tour

Tiana Major9 brings her R&B, soul, and jazz fusion to Union Stage as part of the November Scorpio Tour. The London-born singer-songwriter, raised in Newham with Jamaican roots, began singing in church at age five and takes her stage name from the warm jazz harmony of the major ninth chord.

Her music draws on influences including D’Angelo, Stevie Wonder, and Amy Winehouse. She first gained attention with her 2019 debut EP, *Rehearsal @ NINE*, and later reached a wider audience through her collaboration with EARTHGANG on “Collide,” a Grammy-nominated song from the *Queen & Slim* soundtrack. She has also worked with Lucky Daye, Babyface, Bryson Tiller, Smino, Kelis, and Unknown T, toured with Adele and Jazmine Sullivan, and accumulated more than 200 million streams worldwide.

The performance supports *November Scorpio*, her independently released debut album issued on February 13, 2026. The album includes “Alone,” “Money,” “Shook One,” a reimagining of Mobb Deep’s “Shook Ones Pt II,” and “Always” featuring Yebba. In spring 2026, Major9 returned to NPR’s *Tiny Desk* with Keyon Harrold for a six-song set drawn from the album.
