Crochet 101: Granny Square Shoulder Bag
This two-part workshop introduces participants to the versatile granny square, a classic crochet motif, and guides them through the process of assembling the squares into a functional shoulder bag. Suitable for absolute beginners, the class provides all necessary materials and focuses on building foundational skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. In the first session, attendees learn how to create granny squares in one or multiple colors and begin forming the pieces for the bag. The second session addresses common challenges and teaches how to join the squares together to complete the tote. The course meets on two Sunday mornings, with a suggested donation to support the venue and instructor.
