How to be a Jewish Adult
How to Be a Jewish Adult is an eight-week workshop for people who identify as Jewish or Jew-ish and want practical guidance for incorporating Judaism into everyday life. The series combines community-building with exploration of core Jewish teachings in a judgment-free setting, helping participants develop a Jewish life that feels personal, meaningful, and authentic.
Led by Rabbi Loren Berman, the sessions will explore topics including love and relationships, social justice, spirituality, and other essential Jewish values. The program is designed for people in their 20s and 30s who are curious about engaging with Judaism in both practical and profound ways.

About the Facilitator: Rabbi Loren Berman has taught and mentored at Sixth & I since moving to Washington, DC, in 2023. He is currently a full-time public-sector consultant and previously worked with people in their 20s and 30s through Sefaria and Moishe House.
