Seven Nation Army : 2000s+DANCE+PARTIES [indie rock edition]
Seven Nation Army : 2000s+DANCE+PARTIES [indie rock edition] is a late-night indie rock dance party hosted by DC9 Nightclub, where DJs Phoenix & Dionysus take over the turntables to spin the biggest hits and most memorable music videos from the early 2000s. Inspired by the TRL and MTV era, when pop went punk and every single was a bop, this event also nods to the underground online revolution of Napster and early YouTube. Expect to hear artists such as The Killers, Gorillaz, LCD Soundsystem, Franz Ferdinand, Arcade Fire, Empire of the Sun, The Strokes, Daft Punk, Muse, Miike Snow, Gwen Stefani, The White Stripes, Passion Pit, The Hives, M.I.A., Cut Copy, Bloc Party, Phoenix, The Gossip, and more. It is a dance party built around the music videos you love, all night long.
