Transmission Pres. 1tbsp

Transmission presents 1tbsp, the left-field dance project of Australian producer Maxwell Byrne. His music draws on a broad mix of contemporary and eclectic influences, combining elements of synth-pop, tech-house, reggaeton, and other dance-oriented styles.

Byrne’s production work includes collaborations with EDM artist Ninajirachi and the Los Angeles techno-punk project Soltera and Sonido Sex. He is also a Grammy Award nominee recognized for his songwriting and production with his earlier “band music” project, Golden Vessel. Beyond music, Byrne releases films and music through his independent company, dottidot; his debut short film, *Sandtrap*, screened at the Bolton Film Festival in 2025.
