Seized Film Screening & Discussion
SEIZED is an investigative documentary about the police raid on the Marion County Record in Kansas. The film examines how a shocking incident in a small town grew into a national controversy involving alleged corruption, political tensions, and concerns surrounding the First and Fourth Amendments. It presents the story as both a political investigation and a human account of the threats facing a free press.
The screening will be followed by a discussion and question-and-answer session with director Sharon Liese and additional participants.
