Blacks' Myths

Blacks’ Myths is a sonic research and performance project founded by composer and bassist Luke Stewart with drummer Warren “Trae” Crudup. The project explores history, memory, Blackness, and the way lived experience and inherited stories can become mythology. Through sound and physical frequencies, the music seeks to create a meditative, “tuned” state that can reorient the subconscious and spirit.

The evening also features Mark Cisneros and the Nik Francis Duo.
