WATERCOLOR (FOR ALL LEVELS), WITH INSTRUCTOR VIAN BORCHERT

Taught by Vian Borchert at the Arts Club of Washington, this six-week watercolor course is designed for painters of all skill levels. Students explore both traditional and experimental watercolor techniques, with particular attention to color theory and composition through landscape, still life, and studies of master artists’ work. Participants may work from reference images provided by the instructor or bring their own images, and each student receives guidance toward creating a finished, pleasing artwork.

When: Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, beginning September 22, 2026 and ending November 3, 2026.

Schedule: Six class sessions are held on September 22, September 29, October 6, October 13, October 20, and November 3. There is no class on October 27.

Tickets: Tickets are $200 for Arts Club of Washington members and $250 for non-members. Early bird pricing is $190 for members and $237.50 for non-members. Register by August 31 to receive a 5% discount.

Registration: Payment is required at the time of registration and cannot be charged to a member account. The fee covers all six sessions, and there are no makeups, refunds, or credits for missed sessions.
